چکیده
Objectives: Psoriasis is a type of skin disease which accompanied with over production keratinocytes, itchiness, and scaly skin. In this study, an attempt was made to recognize naturally occurring phytocompounds from the plant Curcuma longa can be helpful in treating psoriasis using molecular docking techniques. Methods: The protein associated mechanism obtained data bank database, along retrieving C. longa. were docked PyRx docking. Further, analysis done Swiss-absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion (ADME), ADME toxicity (ADMET) LAB 2.0, ProTox webservers evaluate credibility best compounds. Results: Molecular study shows that two compounds, piperine cyclocurcumin, have potential inhibit interferon-gamma (IFNY), hindering psoriasis. Drug likeliness ADMET properties also suggest these compounds exhibit drug like properties. Conclusion: present suggests cyclocurcumin significant binding affinity they could IFNY helps manage therapeutic strategies against

Benzopyranylpyrimidines: Potential Anti Dengue compounds in Silico Approach
Dengue is mosquito borne viral disease, having no effective antiviral chemotherapy nor approved vaccine available. Therefore the design of new drugs to combat dengue virus replication is a challenge for researchers. Flavanone derivatives and substituted pyrimidine derivatives show antidengue activity in silico and in vitro. We report the docking study, ADME prediction of benzopyranylpyrimidine ...

متن کاملPharmacology of Curcuma longa.
The data reviewed indicate that extracts of Curcuma longa exhibit anti-inflammatory activity after parenteral application in standard animal models used for testing anti-inflammatory activity. It turned out that curcumin and the volatile oil are at least in part responsible for this action. It appears that when given orally, curcumin is far less active than after i.p. administration. This may b...
